So, I'm looking at options for a smoother ride and a little bit better wheeling experience. I'm at a 3" lift as it is, and would prefer to not go any higher. But, being the poor college student I am, cannot afford a long arm kit, or even long arms for that matter. I don't do any extreme wheeling, but i'm just looking for that little bit of smoother ride and stronger control arms than stock.

I know lots of people have used JK rear control arms as part of their front control arm setup. But my question is: if I make/purchase fabb'd ca brackets, can I use the font JK control arm setup, kind of a mid-arm style deal? I know they have a bend in them, so if not JK control arms, is there another budget friendly "take-off" set of arms I can take from another vehicle? I'm willing to make control arm brackets to accommodate the different ca size.

I'm at about 3", and if I do get any higher coils, it won't be more than 4" max. I plan on running 33's.

You can get adjustable control arms from Coastel for tractor attachments =P thats about as budget as it gets. Any length from short arms to long arms... But a tractor like ride quality =D
