broke a Disco bracket,now issues
took a friend down a trail the other day to get his Jk dirty and stuck ( i accomplished both and got to use my winch ) but when we got home he noticed i had a link hanging, seems i sheered the bolt , guess is houlds pulle dmy discos, didnt really flex much didnt think it would be an issue. so i took it all apart chizled the welds off and got a new grade 8 bolt and some nuts and washers. went to put it back together and the links wont line up at all unless i jack one side of the other up? the passenger bracket has been fixed before and doesnt look right but ive never seen these type of thing or really studied them pre break to know what it should look like.
any help is appreciated here. im goung wheelin an hour and ahalf away saturday so id lik to have my sway bar hooked back up if possible.

Correct, the drivers side one broke. The discos worked cause I pulled them Friday when I went wheelin and they went right back in place. But I'm almost sure the other side wasnt bent like that cause the bolt was still welded to the bracket with two tacs where the passengers is but and bolted with no spacer like the drivers side had

The top bracket looks bent towards the rear. The top bushing usually sits directly under the end of the sway bar and inline with the vertical bolt. Measure from the bottom bolt to the sway bar and I bet one will be longer than the other.

after thinking about what you guy said and lookin at the jeep i can to a conclusion. my front end has sagged due to a M8000 and bumper. thus the lift is not where it should be causing the once loing enough links to be too short. will get some spacers for my coils and re bolt these up... or get JKS quickers,,hmmmm
