Blinding
I upgraded my headlights to a rampage surround with superstar bulbs. I really don't have access to a level spot with 25 foot distance to aim them. I have a tiny Stanley level and was wondering if I leveled the surround would that suffice? I've also got 4 inches of lift and don't want to blind other drivers!

find an old building (back or side of a strip mall store would work well) that is brick or block, and use that wall at night to check them.
Auto parts stores might work if they have a dark side of the building...............
