M+S is an antiquated certification with virtually zero value.
P265/75r15 (about 30.5 x 10.5) Firestone Destination LE2 or General Grabber HTS 60 would be great choices...

I've heard really good things about the general grabbers, discover coopers and the Goodyear kevlars as well as about 40 other tire makers/models. You just need to do a little research and find what's going to be best suited for your needs.

Another vote for the General Grabber AT2s. I have only had mine for 8 months now, but I am satisfied. Drove for the first time in snow with them this week, don't get much snow here. Very limited experience driving in snow, but they did great as far as I can tell. Again, limited experience in snow. The road noise is minimal.

" I dont want the OEM size I would like some thing Wider."
Plenty of options that are wider than the OEM ones.

Have friend who put a set of those on his 03 Silverado. Likes them a lot. Lives about 1/2mi on a unimproved road. Says they do good on packed snow.

I know u were looking for road tire but u did mention light off road and snow I put BF Goodrich k02 on my dd. I'm really impressed with them they handle good very little to no road noise and they do really well for light mud and snow. Not to mention they look really nice lol. I'm thinking I got around 50k or so out of last set. They were worth the money. I'm pretty sure you can get them in 31 1050.

Couple years back I purchased some Cooper Discovery HT's. My Jeep is just a DD. No towing or wheeling. Very happy with them. I am running 225 75 15's. Don't know if they come in a size you would be happy with though. 5 tires, I have a full size spare, cost me $530 out the door mounted, balanced, and nitrogen in the tires. With the $50 rebate and getting $80 for my old skins I was looking at a cost of $400 when the dust settled.
