I would get a rough country 4.5 kit

if your rear springs are still stock height then you can get an Add a Leaf kit, if the springs are sagging get a full set of leafs

that is not a real comparison... you need to make sure that they have the same parts...

I mean you would not compare the cost of Kit A to Kit B

Kit A:

3" front coils

1.5" front coil spacers

3" rear Add a Leaf

1.5" rear shackles

fixed lower control arms

and nothing else

Kit B:

4.5" front coils

3" rear springs

1.5" shackles

upper/lower adjustable control arms

adjustable double shear track bar

adjustable sway bar links with disconnects

you can't really compare the two kits...

you need to figure out what kits you are looking at to compare them... it does not just come down to one brand name vs another brand name...

used to be that Rough Country road should have been called REALLY REALLY Rough Country...

but truth be told, now a days they ride great, and they are a great deal... the people that work there are not always the most knowledgeable but they are pretty nice people and they are honest if they don't know somehing they won't BS you about it

from what I have heard from other people, if you have a bad part or a part break RC is quick to send you a replacement...

one thing I have heard, but I personally have not noticed on my RC 3" kit, is that people claim that RC front springs are WAY TOO STIFF...

Rusty's is a nice bunch of people too... they make most of their stuff right there in house and as a result they can make a really nice product for an even better price... the people are pretty nice as well, and even one that works there knows quite a bit about Jeeps

Rusty's only does Jeeps...

Rusty's flexes like crazy for the money, my buddy's rig is pretty nice, and he runs Rusty's

some people claim that Rusty's track bars are weak and prone to breaking... my buddy's truck has not seen this problem, but some people have claimed it

Your gonna spend a bunch regardless. You need drop pitman, adj trackbar, adj control arms aren't needed but IMO I would get them forget add a leaf, get full leafs, longer shocks, longer bump stops, and Most kits cheap don't come with any of this stuff. And the ones that do are expensive. This is all assuming 4.5 lift
