Best chemical cleaner for XJ Cooling System?

When ever I flush the heater core, I use CLR, I try to get the anti-freeze out, by pouring the CLR in gravity forcing out the antifreeze and settling the CLR into it's place. Letting it sit in there for as long as I can,then flush it for 15-20 minutes.
