Default Besides spline, do dana 30 , 27 and 30 spline have other differneces ?

I bought g2 Chromos and when I went to install last night it would not fit in the side gears. The hole on the end is noticeable smaller (lower one)I know I could just count the teeth but it was 1am last night before I got to it . Just assumed I was sold right part. Any thoughts ?

Just looked up part and it states 27 spline. Any other reason it won't slide in ?

I'd guess they put the wrong tag on the axle shaft.

That looks an aweful lot like a Dana 44 shaft or a 30 spline D30 shaft.

Count the splines...

Found a caliper at work... Now I'm stumped . Very well could be I was tired last night , but I shouldn't take that much brain power to pop in a shaft

Do you have a stock carrier? I would count the splines on both shafts to make sure it will work before you go pounding away

Try and wiggle it left to right when it starts to seat in the splines. They should be tighter than stock shafts. Hit me up on fb if u have anymore questions man.
