Default bent track bar?

I've been kind of lost with this issue since February, and I'm ready to figure it out. Back in February, the front of my jeep stood up about 3 feet off the ground while straddling a rain rut, when it came back down, the passenger tire slammed into the rain rut. Ever since then, my axle has been anywhere from 1-2" further out on the drivers side. I've measured it twice today. First time I measured it, it was at 2" further. I measured it again after I moved it, and it was at 1". Also, my steering wheel isn't centered now, when it was before. I don't have a bent tie rod, or drag link. I do have bump-steer, and you can see the control arm isn't straight, as well as the shock is at an angle. I adjusted the track bar last weekend before a long road trip, and I pretty much have it maxed out on the threads. I don't know the brand, as no one could figure it out a while ago when I parting my old one out.. As you can see, I ended up keeping it. I'll have pictures of the track bar itself tomorrow, just wanting to see if anyone has any input? Oh, and my jeep leans extremely bad, after a hard turn into a parking spot, or around a turn, could this be track bar related?

One last thing, then I'll shut up lol. I haven't had death wobble at all, since I built the jeep. But last weekend, after a 300 mile road trip, within 5 miles from my house, I hit a really DEEP pothole. I'm now getting death wobble, with pretty much every bump I hit. I could run over a pebble and get death wobble. Everything is tight, except I had a TRE that needs replaced, I'm just curious if they're related?

Looks like a rubicon express track bar. Ha the one I'm about to get. Part number re1600. This sounds funny, but did you have spacers before? I've heard of the rubber cool spacers breaking and falling out. Idk much beyond that

Trac bar centers axle. Def start there. Any bushings, ends, etc. that are loose or weakened can contribute to wobble. Nothing bent? Double check everything. Once it's all solid, get an alignment.

I don't have sway bars. never had spacers. steering is all fine. coils are seated correctly. I'll go take a picture of the track bar now.

the drivers side LCA isn't straight. the frame side bracket looks tweaked. the passenger side LCA is straight. frame side bracket looks good, axle side bracket is slightly tweaked.

edit: upon further inspection, the frame side LCA bracket on the drivers side looks ok, the control arm not being straight throws it off.

i now see what you meant about your tb.. i'd say that bend is not correct, that answers the axle shift issue.
the lean really confuses me, could something be mucked up it the rear causing the tilt?

loosened both bolts on the shackles a little bit and drove around to see if they we're binding or anything, but still leans after I tightened them back up.

Your Trac bar- is the frame mount good? So you have an off centered issue and it's leaning? The control arm brackets, even if tweaked, shouldn't cause this much issue. The Trac bar does look like maybe it's at weird angle. What's your lift and tire setup?
And your sure the control arms themselves are good? From pics it's hard to see all the angles ya wanna see..
