im going to buy a BB kit and was wondering should i buy new shocks or coils ive heard the ones on the back of xjs tend to sag mine doesnt seem like it has started to yet but i figured if its better i will replace them and the shocks


im starting with a BB to get used to the feel of my jeep before a big lift

Na, skip the shocks. Especially since you will be going bigger later, no need in buying shocks twice.

Ive got new oem replacement shocks that im going to use on my BB kit. No need really til u hit 3+

I ran a BB on stock shocks for about a year. It was fine. I only upgraded because I found a great deal on shocks. They were for 4.5" of lift, and was great. I had a ton more down travel.

thanks so what would be a good place to find a two inch budget boost ive heard i should get shackles for the back where can i find those as well

thanks so i was gonna do a 3 inch BB so if i do get new shocks how do i know they will be long enough do i need to find shocks with like an extra 3 inches?
