Bastard Pack Question 04 Blazer leafs??
Ive been reading and reading on a lot of things about these packs. Ive decided on what and how im going to go about it. Now ive come down to which leaf springs im going to use. The shop down the road has agreed to give these to me for $50. Which is a steal if you ask me! They are off a 2004 S10 Blazer or something like that. They should work correct? I measured the width and theyre 2.5in wide and around 52-53in in legnth give or take.

Should work good. If you have the time cleaning and painting will make them look better and potentially flex smoother. I threw a similar year s10 pack on mine with just minor cleaning and no paint. Ended using xj main s10 second and third. With HDoffroad relocation brackets and stock shackles I have 3.5-4.5 of lift and an acceptable ride. If I ever get the time Id like to build another bastard pack and clean, paint and mix more s10 and xj leafs. Its a rewarding project but may take some tries to settle on the leaf combo that works for you.
Best of luck.
Best of luck.
