Badlands Winches
So went to harbour freight and saw a few off road winches I'm looking at the 9000lbs winch with the automatic load-holding brake. Any good? Feed back would be great. P.S harbour freight is my favorite store

Read this: http://www.fourwheeler.com/techartic...out/index.html
It has the HF, Engo, Warn, etc. in it.

I don't believe that it's a particularly bad which, I'm sure it will do just fine when you're in a pinch. It has 18 reviews with 4 1/2 out of 5 stars, which is pretty good to me. Both are rated at 9000 pounds. The harbor freight winch is priced at $370. The Engo winch at jeephut.com is priced at $290. According to the article that I pointed out earlier, the Engo performed much better than the harbor freight winch.
Even if you were to use a 20% off coupon that bring the price down to $300, but then you have to think you'll be paying taxes are HF, whereas at jeephut.com you most likely will not, plus they have free shipping.
BTW - I love HF too!
