Default Backspace and offset

I have a 2000 xj sitting on a 3inch zone lift. I want to fit 33s under it. But im confused about offset and backspacing. What should i run for those so i have no rubbing. My fenders are getting cut. Any help would be useful

general rule is tires wider than 10.50" should be on wheels with 3.75" backspacing wheels. I would look for a 15x8/15x10 with 3.75" backspaced wheels.
