Default ARG!! Wandering and death wobble still.

Replaced track bar, tie rods with zj components, set toe to max factory specs. Everything seems tight with no extra play. Got the thing to track a bit straighter with less wandering, but still will pull a little one way then the other, especially on dippy track roads. Before replacing track bar and tie rods I would hit death wobble at 40-45, now it seems to take a pretty harsh road at 50 to do it. The only thing I havent done is had it professionally aligned. I dont know how to adjust caster and I'm thinking that may be the culprit. I still have some junk m/t tires and original stabilizer. Could tires have influence on death wobble?
I just dont know where to go from here... any opnions please?

i have the same problem, my tie rods and ball joints where bad so i changed them and got it aligned, then it happened again and i have a skyjacker adjustable track bar and i did some reading and everyone said the track bar bushings it comes with suck really bad and go out fast, so i ordered some new ones and still waiting for them to come in to see if it fixes it. but jack your jeep up with the tire on and with your hand on top and bottem of tire move it back n forth to see how tight your hubs are and you dont want any play. and look up to see if you should get a pitman arm drop or not, and after all that i would just make sure all your tires are balanced well,
hope this helps

Depending on how much lift you have, you may need lower control arms to correct your caster angle. you should also check for any plan in any of your steering components. Also a bad tire, such as one with a broken belt can cause death wobble. Check your u-joints as well.

My rubicon lift came with lower control arms. Not adjustable tho.
My tires are really crappy cheapo mudders. Maybe thats really the root of the cause at this point. I'm going to have them check out my alignment and caster before shelling out for tires.
