ARB Bumper Questions
sorry for another ARB post, but I cant edit the last one.
got a few questions
1. can I get the marker lights anywhere besides ARB?
2. will any winch mount and work properly or only Warn?
3. anyone got a pic of the back side of their ARB with a winch installed?
4. how do you engage/disengage/free spool if the lever is under the bumper?
Im trying to get all my ducks lined up so I can install it once.
what Im working with:

1.) If you want direct fit ones then that's pretty much the only place. You can find some universal type ones if you search around but will have to find a way to mount them up.
2.) The winch mount is drilled to a standard winch template. Most Milemarker, Warn, Bulldog, Smittybuilt, etc... winchs will fit that template as long as they are 9500lbs and below.
3.) Sorry, no pics of the back of mine but I had the newer style one that I threw on my '92 MJ. You will need to install the winch first as there is no way of getting it in there once the bumper is mounted. Figure out where you want to route the lines before you get the bumper on and get a buddy to help you as the bumper and winch combo weigh 160lbs+.
4.) That was another reason I hated the winch. You can reclock the level to get to it from the back or figure out a way to get it through the winch. I was either going to find a lever that fit that was longer and drill a small hole through the top to access it or, if I couldn't find or make one like that, I was going to drill a hole through the top big enough for my hand so I could reach in and access the clutch lever.

ARB Bumper
I had to modify mine to get the warn on. I had 3 different winches two of them were warn's and none would fit. I picked the newest warn and cut a place for the handle to come thru and then had to modify for a roller fair lead. It's on and works ,so I am ready to wheel in the snow we have left up here.
I still have my old turn signals hooked up. I thought about putting driving lights there instead of turn signal lights. If I do, you can have the turn signals lights that came with the ARB bumper.

Don't get a winch with an integrated solenoid either as you'd have to modify the winch or bumper then as well.
Also, VW Golf front turn signal/marker lights are said to work. I never ended up getting any to try. I can't remember which generation of the Golf...I believe it's second.

ok. im not finding a roller fairlead that looks like it will mount on the ARB. It looks as if it needs to have top holes the secure it to the ARB fairlead mount.
any ideas?

The ARB Bumper uses markers from Mk1 and Mk2 European market Golfs. You are very unlikely to find them in junkyards here in the US or Canada. They are readily available new, and pretty cheap:

The turn signals are sold in two different ways. We offer a complete kit with a pair of lenses and housings for $35.64. We also sell just the lens for $4.68 each. If you would like to order these please call and anybody who answers the phone can help you. We are currently out of the complete kit, but expect more to arrive next week. Let me know if you have any questions.

Just do It!
It can be done!!! It is just a bit tricky.
What I put in. Water proof Promark (was Gorilla) wireless.
Had to cut out this part/area.
Installed
I took the winch apart to relocate the lever for the spool lock. ARB seems to have a slight cutout for that purpose.
I did install it while the Bull Guard was still on the Jeep.
I used a strap to help hold/lift it into place. I must have placed into position 6 or more times until I got it right.
