PA100's do well in light mud and snow. My 31 Firestone M/T's eat mud and rocks well. Terrible in light snow/ice. But at 35k< on one set of tires is fine with me.

i want to start getting into rocks, thats why my build has taken on long arms, and beefed up axle mounts and skid plates. just updated it with progress from tonight also haha.

Well since your in PA, your not too too far from me hear in VA. But on my local craigslist a guy has an add for a set of 33x12.50 Goodyear Wrangler MTR's W/Kevlar only 2 months old hardley even used for $500 bucks. Which I think is a great deal. They came off a older Wrangler YJ or TJ I think so the bolt pattern should still be the same 5x4.5 Link provide below.

If you were to get them you'd be saving quite a bit of money. Like $500 bucks alone just in tires. Plus be getting a set of rims too. They look like 15x10's to me because of how deep the dish is on the rims. You wouldn't spend no where near that much in gas basically just like you said your time in a whole day of driving. But hey to me that would be worth it. Lol.

I have the mtz's and love them. I only have experience with those and the old bfg's but I feel they are better in the mud, sand, snow and way better on the road in the rain.

I use duratracs and they are by far the best tires I have ever used. Unless you need a bogger, these will do just about anything

These are some of the best tires I have ever run. Very aggressive, Awesome on rock. Road noise almost super swamper loud. Not to bad, my XJ is equipped with a radio
They are Sigma Mud Claw aka Wild Country MTX

I paid $144 a tire for 32x11.50, other than swampers these may be the last MT tires Ill be buying

How are those mud claws lasting? They remind me of my federals in how cheap they are, only thing i dont like about the Federals is the tire life.. They've lasted around 20k and they're about completely out.

I have put about 5,000 on them, So far I have barely worn 1/32's off lol. I drove 2 weeks before the all the **** wore off lol. Looks like I will be riding these for atleast 40-50K(prolly not as I may be on 33's by then) But the wear is nice none the less

I gotta tell ya, I run the Toyo Open Country M/Ts and they are awsome. They wear like Iron, super quiet for a M/T and seem to stick pretty good to rocks and clean themselves nicely in the mud, these will be the tires I will run from now on. Ive tried about everything else.
