Default anyone running a rugged ridge header?

Anyone have a rugged ridge header and had fitment issues when installing? It looks like I am going to have some trouble with the header fitting right and then the manifold itself. Anyone have one on their xj and had the same problem?

The headers/intake manifold is supposed to be a tight fit

You'll notice a definite improvement in Tq and HP.

Occasionally a bit of minor grinding is required, but I've seen it on other brands as well.

Yes I've been through small modifications on new parts. I don't see any big issue with that.
