Good luck with the lift and let us know how you make out. I'm thinking about maybe going with a similar setup on a rig a friend and I are considering building.

I recently purchased a 2000 XJ with a 3.5" RE super flex lift kit and a 1" tcase drop installed by PO...

I just got done installing a sye and new motor mounts. The low pinion d30 in the front just can't get a good angle with enough caster to avoid some minor driveline vibes IMO. A SYE will keep the tcase yokes more horizontal which makes a much better front driveline angle, and when you get a double cardon driveshaft for the rear all is well.

The thing I think is important to think about in driveline vibrations is that they are caused by the rotation rate at the pinion being uneven. So the front axle will have forces on it that are wanting to make it go faster and slower really fast. This will wear out more things that cost more than a sye and driveline. Plus the sye will drive smoother, especially in 4wd on tight turns.

I also replaced front hub assemblies, because my drivers side had some play in it, I think the root cause of the issue was tcase drop minor vibes...

I'm new at this, but that is my $0.02

Also, to confirm what ixanay said, the monotubes that come with the Rubicon kit are indeed made by Bilstein
