rough country has a reputation for short leaf springs which gives a bad shackle angle. I don't mean too short of lift I mean too short from eye to eye on the spring itself. Here was my shackle angle before relocators.
The crappy angle will give a rough ride and severely limit flex.

Called zone Teck guy and he said they are the right Springs I guess they just need time to break in before they start pushing out towards the rear.

I think you just need shackle relocators because even perfectly flat they won't have enough length to give you the 45* rearward angle you need.

Seems most aftermarket springs are too short, like they are not taking the permanent arch into consideration. My BDS springs are slightly short also it seems.

Wish I would have known this to begin with lol Should have research more on this . Brakes are now making a clicking when I stop hard. Still need to change the brake line to an extended. I did stretch it out a little bit....I can't figure out what the Clicking is from, the back for sure. Anyone?

Be wary of those extra long shackles (see picture). Not absolutely necessary to be at 45, depends on application and desired ride characteristics. I plan on getting some better ones sooner rather than later, but just haven't yet. I'm starting to get in some graduation money so I'll probably start knocking things off the jeep parts list. Looking for some shackles that are narrow then widen right before the spring, because the shackles I have now hit the shackle relocation brackets when I flex and limit how far I can go.
