If you're only doing 2" of lift, scour craigslist for some JK Rubicon take offs. They're good for 2" of lift and unless you're going to be flexing the Jeep out a lot, they shouldn't bottom out as long as your bumpstops are still in place.

Default Difference in performance 2.2 addition on rough country lift kit

I'm about to order a 3" lift kit from rough country for my 2000 XJ and noticed that I can add "performance 2.2" for 50 bucks more... Does anyone know what exactly this add on entails?

Irrelevant. Buy something other than Rough Country. Iron Rock Offroad, Zone, or Rubicon Express instead.

To answer the questions, I think its for their "upgraded" shocks. I don't know for sure though, because I don't look at their products.

That's correct, and I also implore you not to buy that kit. Spend a little more on something of better quality. You'll be happier

Default Coil Spring Spacers

My jeep is sitting at 3" of lift height now, looking to uprgrade some of the suspension components in the future such as UCA's, shackles, brake lines, and coil spring spacers to get my jeep sitting at 4" of lift height. When installing coil spacers, do i keep the factory coil spring insulator in or remove it? if i were to keep it i'd just assume get a 1" spacer but if i were to take it out would i go with a 1.75" spacer from RE? any other preferable companies that I could look at? thanks!

Keep it. It cuts down on vibration as well as metal-to-metal wear (and it will keep your coil spacer from being damaged under compression between the spring and upper mount). Think of it as cartilage in a joint. Also, the amount of advertised lift from the spacers is measured with you leaving the isolator in place. Only reason not to keep it is if you're buying the ACOS adjustable spacers. They come with their own isolators.

As far as the second part of your question, you can do any combination of things really. You could always get 1" spacers and then raid the junk yard for a bunch of isolators to use as "adjustable height". There's not much to spacers though (in my opinion) so get whatever you can afford in that aspect. Just do NOT exceed 3" of spacer as it becomes dangerous because there won't be enough "post" to keep the spring seated.

Anytime

And here's a chart you can refer to for other components you'll need with additional lift:

If my front axle is off center by 1/4" is that something that I should address? I do have an adj trackbar but curious if I just left it like that would it be the cause of any light vibrations etc.

Trackbar should be adjusted so that the axle is centered under the axle at ride height.

Light vibes are usually tire tread or balance

You will also cause uneven tire wear and eat through tires. Just install the adj trackbar if you have it.

Default Recommendation

Measured my XJ from center of tubes to bottom of stock flares and got 23.5 in front and 22.5 in back. So roughly 5.5-6 inches of lift. I am Looking to just get it leveled. The rear shackles are stock and positioned vertically straight up and down. What's a good aftermarket shackle to raise the rear to match the front? Also have read that shackles are most beneficial at a 45 degree angle.

Default Stablizer end link question

I have a 2000 Cherokee sport that I just bought and the front stabilizer bar is zip tied to the frame with no links. It has a 2" budget lift. I ordered Moog end links this morning and then thought , Oops , what about the 2" lift ! . Will I be okay or perhaps cut the threads and weld a grade 5 bolt to extend it 2".?.
Thanks

You don't really need to extend it at that height. Personally ran stock length links at 3" fine.

The best way is a shackle relocator to get the right angle and they make shackles with various amounts of lift. If you're only trying to gain an inch you could install no lift shackle relocator and a 1.5" shackle and it would probably get you there.
