Alignment fail!

Hello,
I just bought a 97 XJ sport 2 door. It has a 4.5 inch lift on 33 mud tires. I have a separate 96 XJ with a 3' lift and 31 all terrain tires that was wrecked a year ago. I am seriously contemplating switching lifts and tires on these as I daily drive my new XJ and really just don't need mud tires on it. Here is my dilemma: I just bought this thing for way too much money, got it home and there is a transmission fluid leak (haven;t found out where that's coming from yet. Thats a tomorrow problem), BOTH differentials were so low on fluid that I couldn't feel or see the fluid in them, the left brake caliper was sticky and now the shop won't even touch the alignment until I replace basically the entire front end suspension. I've easily spent $10,000 in 3 days on this damn jeep in the initial buying price, parts, registration, and fluids. The brake caliper was sticky because it had NO grease on the sliders. It took an entire tube of grease for all the grease zerks and 2/3 of a gallon of differential oil. I am not a millionaire so money has gotten tight as I wasn't expecting all of this (should've known! its a jeep). The jeep pulls decently hard to the left when driving and when braking you will turn all the way right if you're not holding on. I thought alignment but now there's a list of parts that need fixed. The list consists of: lower ball joints, RF wheel bearing, tie rod ends, steering gear, drag link joints, and track bar joints. Of course they offered to get the parts from rough country and do them for me. I declined because the only reason I'm at a shop is I don't have an alignment machine. I want to verify the movement myself. (I was a younger woman walking into a shop alone with a larger nice looking jeep so I don't trust the recommendations fully.) If these parts are needed for sure, where should I get them from?
I don't have a welder so the 1 ton steering is off the table for now.
Someone said the grand Cherokee parts are a budget friendly upgrade? yes or no?
Suggestions please!
