adj. track bar issues

adj. track bar issues
i got a rusty's adj track bar that has the rod end on the jeep side and im having a problem with it sitting in track bar bracket all the way i got the castle nut as tight as i can get it but its still not sited tight against the bracket its suppose to be a oem rod end so i dunno does anybody have any ideas

I also have a rustys adj TB. Mine sits closer that yours is, but not a whole lot.
do you have any thread above your castle nut, is it enough that the cotter pin can fit
I agree, the TRE is stock and should fit right in. Is the hole on your frame side bracket clean and free of rust, debris and general crappyness that likes to form under our jeeps?

just enough thread to put the pin in and i mean its got some junk and rust on there but the stock tre was sited just fine i dunno i guess im going to take it loose and clean up the tre and to hole in the bracket with some sand paper and see if it works
