Adding Budget lift to Rough Country 3 inch lift

I have a 99 Xj that has a 3.5 in Rough Country lift, it has settled down to about 3 inches of lift right now. I want to get a little higher when I get done with basic training. I was thinking of adding a budget lift to my Rough Country Lift.

Something like this. http://www.quadratec.com/products/76190_803_07.htm

I dont do any extreme off roading, just stuff you could do with a stock XJ. I was thinking of possibly doing a long arm 4.5in lift but wasnt sure as right now Im not an extreme off roader.

Right now it has the stock track bar and I know Id have to upgrade to something better and many have said a Clayton bar or something with double sheer. Id probably upgrade to adjustable upper and lower arms. But is it possible to do a budget lift added to a lifted Jeep, or is it just much better to get the long arm. And no I wont get a Rough Country lift, as they dont have my trust anymore.

In your case Id suggest control arm drop brackets and rear shackle relocation boxes... Followed by the adjustable track bar and adjustable control arms. You don't need long arms if you are not going to do any heavy wheeling.

long arms aren't just for hardcore wheeling.. they also provide a huge improvement in ride quality. I was shocked how much of a difference it made on mine.

If I had a long arm lift do you think it would improve resale? Right now my Jeep rides rough. It's still in great condition. And I plan on keeping it for a few years. But a $1500-$2000 expense seems crazy if it doesn't help resale. I personally don't mind the rough ride but some people do.
