I did this on another setup I had... not on a Jeep... BUT I can tell you that pusher fans are harder to clean... and that they are not as effective and a properly shrouded puller fan
so if you can shroud it... then do it

Thats correct, pulling air over a coil will always be more effective than pushing. Shrouded also makes a big difference. Are you trying to solve a cooling issue or do you not think the condenser is getting enough airflow?

Do the e-fan upgrade, either dual or triple. Much better airflow for trail riding, plus you get to ditch that power robber mech fan. Could also look into an all metal 3 row radiator. It's technically a stock replacement upgrade so still stock, just better.

The Efan upgrades DO NOT cool better than the mechanical fan and shroud. Get a HD fan Clutch the correct range T-Stat, make sure the fin in the rad and condenser are clear, and that Coolant is fresh, and stock E-fan is working properly. 200 is a normal temp.

Hoooper is correct. A push/pull setup will have the fans fighting each other, not improving airflow. The fans' rotation would need to by physically locked together to make this effective at all.
The best option is for an dual/triple e-fan replacement of the stock components.
Even simpler - run a bypass switch for the stock e-fan so you can turn it on when you want, eg. when wheeling, to keep the temps low

Ditch the mech fan and run another stock electric fan or get the dirtbound offroad fan kit for 200 bucks.
If you are getting that hot I would flush the system and just run water and water wetter. Just make sure if it gets to freezing temps you have to swap the fluids.
With adding fans you will be making more problems then solving them.

93gc40 is right though, 200 isn't very hot, lots of guys on here are running 230 on the trail at peak. IMO that's too hot but 200-210 is fine
