I would call them to see if they could cut a deal on the kit. I wouldn't downgrade the shocks - imo. That is a good lift and it will be hard to beat the price for it.

i ordered over the phone mine 2 weeks ago and got a 10% off by mentioning this site. don't forget to add shock boots if u want them coz the kit doesn't come with boots. great ppl to deal with. took like 5 mins on the phone.

Start PB Blasting the nuts and bolts you will need to take off: Leaf spring bolts, u-bolts, lower control arms, upper rear shocks, stock steering dampener, etc. spray it every day and don't be afraid to use up to 2 or 3 cans of it coz it does help. Leaf spring bolts will probably need some heating when the time comes coz that's all i encountered that was a pain.

almost forgot. purchase new u-bolts. it doesn't come with them

Treadwrights if you want (this is rarely said) "cheap quality parts".

Have you had the duratracs off road yet? If so, how did they do for you? I've been looking at those or the Goodyear Authorities.

Thing about Treadwright is if you are looking for a 15" tire, it takes em forever these days.

Onto the Duratrac's.
I will say this, when I go to buy tires again, I will be getting Duratrac's over MTRs W/Kevlar.
Half of my club is running the Duratrac's now and everything Wyoming and Colorado has to throw at them, they beat it. These tires are a beast in the snow and on the rocks. I don't know about mud cause we don't have much around here. I would imagine they fare very well in mud to though.
For the price, I think they are an excellent buy.

I got both of my sets of 31s in less than two weeks.

hey man if you live anywhere with questionable roads, i would not downgrade the shocks.. it makes it very unplesent to drive and will cost you more in the long run with back surgurey

I agree. Duratrac's are awesome. they are a great tire in every aspect stated. I haven't seen them in the mud. but they probably do very well for there class "all-terrain" . they have done very well in the Utah terrain we throw at it. My buddy who works at discount hasn't had one complaint about them. They are also pretty quiet...
