? about flex and up travel.
I have my 3.5" metal cloak lift installed, but I am getting a lot of rubbing, not just on my plastic fenders, but on the spring tower as well. How much up travel should be allowed, and I have installed bump stops, but I don't think they are nearly long enough, I saw somebody with one that just sat loosely in the springs, does anybody have a link for something like that?

I have 3 hockey pucks installed as part of the kit, but I have been doing some shopping around online and this part:
has been cut, I think there is supposed to be a bump stop at the bottom of that?
is that correct?

So adding a stock bump stop should help? do you have a part number/suggestion where to buy? (preferably amazon)

For ****s and giggles, measure from the inside frame rail to the center of the tire on each side to ensure they did it right. Same thing with toe. And also make sure your ball joints are strong and your camber isn't off, by means of bad ball joints. As for the bump stops. Look up jeep xj coil spring bump stops. Never personally messed with em so don't know if you need the screw in type or push in, or if theres a difference. May just need to check yours out. And a good chance to eliminate the rubbing in the coil bucket is to install wheel spacers since you don't want to get new rims. But do the bump stopping first and see what happens

I'll get the bump stops and see what that does for me, thanks for the suggestions/help. Just need to see what I can find. I have $ over at amazon, so buying them could be as cheap as free.
