Default AAL appropriate for 3 inches?

So im in the process of lifting my xj with a Rough Country 3'' lift kit with add-a-leafs. My rear springs are pretty flat but new leaf springs are rated at 3.5''+ of lift and while i would love to have the rear end of my jeep flying through the air for everyone to see, i don't want to have to go too expensive with this lift by adding an sye, better driveshafts, etc. So long story short, my question is will aals give me close to the three inches that i want on my truck or am i missing something.

Don't do it. If your springs are flat itso only a matter if time before they flatten again. The aal won't help you in your situation

are there any companies that make 3" full leaf springs? I've looked all over and the smallest ones I've seen are 3.5"

Ummmm then I don't think you were really looking haha. The company you were looking at for aal has about 4 kits with 3 inch springs but I wouldn't recommend them. There is rustys, zone, ome, and almost every other company has a 3 inch lift besides rubicon express

I have a full lift kit, all I need are leaf springs. I found a set of zone leafs but they are a little more than what i was looking to spend. I may just go with 3.5 inch leafs.

replace your worn out leafs, you'll thank us later. Start preparing in the meantime. Soak your bolts down with PB blaster or equivalent, especially the leaf spring hanger/shackle bolts every night. You're welcome

How do you have a full kit without leaf springs? Don't cheap out on suspension stuff. You'll regret it later. Spend and be happy with your ride quality

I'm thinking thats the best way to go, and yes I have soaked the bolts with pb blaster every five minutes believe me but with my jeep being as old as it is, stuff is more than likely going to break. Oh and thank you.

Can you describe the "Full Lift" you now have for 3" and nothing for the rear??

Makes me wonder what you have for coils, shocks, track bar. You may need more than just a set of 3" rear leafs. Bur Rustys does sell the leafs alone I have had a set of 3" on for about 5 yrs now, using them for a 4 1/2" lift now.

What I meant by full lift was a full lift kit with coils and control arms and shocks and add a leafs. I bought an entry level lift kit and like I said Im in the process of installing it.
