so i have a 90 jeep cheroke runnin pretty good little things wrong with it and my neighbor has a 95 with blown rods and head gasket and so on. not sure all i need is a body. so my question is will all my **** swap over? both I6 4.0 just one is newer and in better shape. can i swap everything over (drivetrain wise)? thanks for the help

 

it should all pretty much line up. the might be a few things that you have trouble making work. but for the most part it should be good

 

if the engine in your renix is the right one for the year some of the bosses and plugs are not where they are supposed to be, if they are there at all. I also believe the exhaust and intake are quite different, but still bolt up (not sure).
