hey guys I'm trying to convert my close cooling system to an open cooling system I purchased a radiator for a 96 Jeep Cherokee and I'm finishing up trying to put everything back together and its not allowing me to put the plate on top of the radiator to bolt it down is there a specific radiator that I need to complete the open cooling system conversion on a 1987 Jeep Cherokee? anyways thanks for your

I used one from a 91 it was bolt in even the fam switch is in the same spot. Mine went together a lil hard
