Default 6" lift parts.

I just bought 6" leaf springs and coil springs from a guy for $100 and I'm hoping to find out what else I need to buy to complete the kit so I can bolt it all up. I know it's gunna be hard to piece everything together but I'm hoping I got the springs cheap enough to make it with while.

Shocks, adjustable trac bar, probably slip yoke eliminator, brake lines, upper and lower control arms, probably a few other parts I am forgetting.

Oh! You'll probably want to address steering angles. Ideally you'll want to go over the knuckle with the tie rods and axle side trac bar mount.

Exactly. Once over 4.5" you really should go long arms, over the knuckle steering, and over the axle track bar. If you want help piecing together a complete kit let me know. I can give you a list of everything you need to buy, no mark up on parts we dont make in house.

How much more you think ill have to spend completing it? I may end up just putting a smaller lift on it so I don't have to go all out with long arm

Haha.. Over 1000.. Easy.

Long arm conversion can be over 1000 its self, SYE is like 200-300, and OTK will be about another 2-3 hundred. So that, plus brake lines, a new rear shaft and whatever I'm forgetting, could be up over 2000..

Just did some "shopping" and came up with 3000 bucks.. Good luck.

Going that route would put you at ~2500 with crossover and SYE.. Not bad..

That seems waaay high.

Find deals to complete the kit. For example, ebay SYE (rugged ridge brand) goes for lkke $160 with free shipping.

You pay $200-$300 for a SYE?

His AA kit is listed at $160 on the page he linked to.

Ebay has them for $160ish, Rugged ridge brand.

Most folks on this site end up with radius arms for less than $1000.

OP already has the rear springs per the first post...

Front chevy 1500 lines are like $30.

I guess it all depends on what parts you go with. I still say $2000-2500 is high for the OP already having coil springs and leaf springs.

Where did I say I pay 200-300 for an SYE? We sell Rugged Ridge's SYE kit for 170 also...

You just said that 2500 for a COMPLETE 6.5" kit with long arms, crossover steering, over the axle trackbar, and SYE is "waaay high". Please explain your throughts. That was a price including coils and leaf springs.

We could build a kit for the OP minus the coils and leaf springs. No problem custom piecing together kits. We have done it for quite a few customers.
