Default Is a 4 Link suspension "Street Leagle in Utah" and is it safe?

I am in the process of making the XJ Much Much bigger, and significantly stronger. I Put a full width Dana 44 under the front. Im using a TeraFlex long arm kit. I have a Home built high steer kit, and I am sitting on 6" lift.

After putting it all together I have TONS of bump steer. I believe it is coming from the track bar drag link geometry, as it almost certainly would.

My questions are... Please keep in mind I have every intention of the jeep being 100% Street legal in Utah and plan to drive the monster daily.
is it safe to raise my track bar mount up above the axel Aprx 4.5"?
is it safe to eliminate the track bar completely by rebuilding the suspension as a true 4 link and is it legal in the state of Utah?
Can a 4 link correct bump steer?
and most importantly, am I overlooking something or are their ideas that Im not having

You're going to have a hard time making a decent triangulated 4-link on the front.

Personally, I'd raise the axle side tracbar mount. That's perfectly safe and will work fine.

This is my trackbar mount.

Ignore the Jeep laying on the ground outside the door. lol

You already have a 4 link (not including the 5th link for the trackbar)

Get this and have it welded on top of the diff, and correct your trackbar length, and also double shear it.

Ok so I just need to push it forward of the axel far enough to clear the passenger side Upper control arm, and high enough to be perfectly parallel with the drag link?

Correct. You also want it to be as long as possible.

You can also outboard the frame side to add length, if you have the room on full stuff.

Yep, you want your track bar and drag link to be as close to the same length as possible. That's not going to happen unless you move the coil bucket but just just make it as long as you can.

He's good.

There's no mention of it in Utah code.

Thank you all , so much. LowRange, Thanks for the link to that title code. Utah DOT has a way of keeping those rules a bit of a secret. when the jeep is done I will post some pictures...
