Default 4.5 in lift
What size tire will I be able to fit if I put a 4.5in lift with no fender trimming?

33's if your lucky also depends and rims and what brand of tire not all tires measure to exact "specs" and if you got dumb fat rims the tire will be shorter

32 narrow (265/75-16). Otherwise it will not stuff into the wheel well and hit the fender..
