3in Cheap U bolt lift at autozone

I was in autozone the other day and saw a 3in lift kit at for like 30 bucks. My buddy told me u could only lift up the back with the lift on my xj. What do y'all know bout these lifts and what do you think

You'll have to post a pic of the lift kit they were selling, or give us a part number.
But I promise you its not gonna be that easy.
Its probably a 3" block, for front and rear. If so, I'm going to laugh.

first off the generic shackle is pretty well known and works very well its sold under the belltech 6400 as a chevy lowering shackle
second off the kit he refers to is the set of blocks and they are alum garbage with ubolts made for bigger axles so they are more than worthless on an XJ. better off with the shackles.

Hell i've ran the "autozone/oriellys/advance 3in blocks on a bunch of xj's and minitrucks and never broke one. only thing is the rear leafs seem to sag more but bastard pack will help!
mine has 3in blocks in the back right now.

You can't those blocks are for leafs they go in the back only.
