33 inch tires

I’ve done a lot of googling on this topic but haven’t quite found the answer that pertains to me. I have a 1999 jeep xj with roughly a 5 inch lift (give or take half to a quarter of an inch) I have 31s on it now and want to upgrade to 33s. I do mild off-roading, it would be like a weekend here or a weekend there, this jeep is also my DD. So that being said, can I add 33x12.5r15 without trimming my fenders. I have the correct backspacing so no worry about that.

I'm on 5" of lift and 33x12.5s. 15x8 wheels w/ 4" of backspacing. Did not need to trim rear. Had to trim front. Rubbed at bottom of opening at front and rear as I turned lock to lock. Minor trimming. Was able to retain the stock flares.
