Default 3" lift Adjust back to factory specs???

Ok im playing by the rules here and putting this in the advanced cherokee tech. haha

Ive been researching and researching and have absorbed too much info that i dont know what to do or believe. So im just going to throw this out there.

I have a RC 3" w/ AAL for my 2000 XJ 4x4 and was wanting to know, after I install the front coils and the caster gets thrown off, do i just take it to any GOOD alignment shop and have it adjusted back to factory specs?? Ill still be using the stock LCAs and know you have to add shims.

I talked with RC and a guy said YES adjust back to factory specs. What do you guys say?

YES 3 inches will probably not make too much difference on your year XJ. The older (96-down) can go a little higher and get away with no mods. I myself have a 94 with 4 1/2 inch lift but I changed the LCA/UCA's to get the rear centered to where it belongs then just took it to a shop for $89.95 and they adjusted it back to normal...Tj

Sorry but what do you mean exactly by "to get the rear centered to where it belongs" then took it to a shop?

Do you mean added new uppers and lowers because of their added length?

The toe setting will be off too after a lift is installed, factory specs will work just fine providing there will be enough adjustment for the caster once lifted.
