I run that size tire on around a 2.5 inch lift. My fenders are cut up pretty good...cant tell you if they would fit without trimming..but in all honesty i think your going to want to trim at least a little for them to fit well.

I didn't need spacers with the MOABs, which was a surprise after all I heard and read on forums. There is no rubbing at all, even with my IRO fat LCAs.
What it actually did, was eliminate the tires sticking way out of the flares on my 15x8 steelies (ProComp 98s with 32x11.5 BFGs) and spraying water and mud all over the place. I could see plumes front and back when driving in the rain. It was a matter of time before I was going to get a ticket. I did purchase a set of flat Bushwackers, but was apprehensive of the cutting and installation.
The tires are now entirely tucked under the factory flares and there is no spraying. The stance is narrower but the driving improved. More precise as opposed to the floating feeling the wider tires provided.
