Default 265/75/16 got on xj 3" lift?

Will 265/75/16 fit on a 2000 xj with a 3 inch lift?

I run that size tire on around a 2.5 inch lift. My fenders are cut up pretty good...cant tell you if they would fit without trimming..but in all honesty i think your going to want to trim at least a little for them to fit well.

Thanks for the info. Would you happen to have a pic of yours by chance? Also what kind of wheels and how much back spacing do you have?

I cant decide if i like the TJ moabs or the XJ Icons better. They both are somewhat rare..and both are 16 inch wheels.

I just seem em too often to want them anymore. I painted my last set of moabs black and they came out looking good.

I like the wheels to have backspacining. It gives the xj a wider stance and meaner look in my opinion.

I didn't need spacers with the MOABs, which was a surprise after all I heard and read on forums. There is no rubbing at all, even with my IRO fat LCAs.

What it actually did, was eliminate the tires sticking way out of the flares on my 15x8 steelies (ProComp 98s with 32x11.5 BFGs) and spraying water and mud all over the place. I could see plumes front and back when driving in the rain. It was a matter of time before I was going to get a ticket. I did purchase a set of flat Bushwackers, but was apprehensive of the cutting and installation.

The tires are now entirely tucked under the factory flares and there is no spraying. The stance is narrower but the driving improved. More precise as opposed to the floating feeling the wider tires provided.

Well I had to run adapters on my moabs (jk's)..so they added about an inch and a half to the width.
