I got my 4-hole injectors from this place:

https://precisionautoinjectors.com/c...jeep-injectors

Don't care what the 4-hole critics among us say, they made a big difference along with a hi-flow air filter.
Cured really bad hesitation/bogging off the line and noticeably more low end torque.

Can't help with the throttle body.

If you have access to a machine shop, it is not hard to machine the ID of the throttle body on a standard lathe. I did mine before work one day and was even able to reuse the old butterfly plate. Or you could buy one I think there is some one on the forum here that machines them out.

Do a full 62mm TB bore with new 62mm plate not stock plate.
Check Ebay. There is a guy who will do your TB for $50 +$7.50 shipping.

What's the point of the ported plate to match the throttle body?

The opening in the intake is 62mm. When you open the throttle body you want it to mach the opening in the intake manifold. It will help engine breathe better. When I did mine i noticed that it would hold speed better on long hills on the highway. It may not have given more HP but it did help highway cruising. Now it does not have to down shift as often or at all on the longer hills.

Not entirely true. TB spacers seem to add 1.5-2.5HP.

See Intake comparison near bottom of page-
