They do but arb sends you a spring that I'd too stiff for an average xj so you can remove the leaf like they reccomend if your lighter or let it be if your running a heavy sustained load.

Shouldn't cost much for this stuff:
For the rear-Rancho 1.5" springs,u-bolt kit,and 1" shackles
For the front-2" spacers
Bar pin eliminators and bump stops at both ends.

Actually the OME springs mentioned are designed so that leaf can be removed, it will decrease the spring rate some but it will still be plenty for a stock Jeep not running heavy bumpers/other accessories.

I bought the 1.5 inch OME kit from Quadratec . Took the leaf out and still got 2.25/ lift over stock. Cheap? Hell no, but it rides insane now. Running 265's, I posted some pics in the "OME lift kits" thread on here.

I did an AAL and 2" pucks up front. my rear leafs were sagging pretty bad. the AAL raised the back of the jeep almost 3.5". the back sits 1/4" taller than the front. the AAL has been on about a year. I've hauled multiple engines, transmissions and generally heavy items with no issue. this is my dd and gets 500+ mi a week put on it. I bought the pucks new local and the AAL local NIB. I literally have $70 in a 2" lift using new parts. I don't see the rear springs sagging any time soon.

I replaced sagging rear leaf springs with Dorman 930-301s, and replaced the front coil springs with OME 930s. Good results.
