1991 Catalytic Converter issue
I just bought one of mudfrog's exhaust kits and a high flow converter for my '91 XJ. Only problem is how do you install the cat? The stock cat has this wierd flange thing going on by what I can see. Do I just estimate a fit and then weld? Thanks guys!
And yes:
The current converter is older than the federal requirement
I have legitimate reason to believe it is hendering performance (failed)
The new Cat is approved

Well to be honest with you if you dont understand what to do bring it to a muffler shop and have it done that way you will be happy with the install, and not have to re do it over and over.gl
