1988 I6 in a 84 Wagoneer
Hey, if anyone remembers me i was asking about a motor conversion. My friend wrecked his 1988 Cherokee Larado, I advised him to buy a 1984 wagoneer and I would put the motor in....Long story short...NO PROBLEM!!!!!
Someone on here told me that it would not work with out a lot of mods like denting in the firewall and trans tunnel. I had to do none of that! Everything bolts right up! I had to remove all the wiring from engine compartment and under dash and put the I6 wires and gauges in but the sheet metal/unibody seems to be almost exactly the same. I have pictures i will put up as soon as I can
