Looks like its the iro kit. It also looks like you have a drop pitman arm. I believe that kit is made to use the stock pitman arm.

It does look similar to the IRO steering kit. But their drag link mounts lower than the tie rod. maybe flipping those around will correct the angle so the drag link runs parallel to the track bar.

Just used my paint skills to test it, and it doesnt look perfect, but does look closer. We can't see where the track bar bolts to the axle, so it might correct it completely.

that's what i was originally thinking too, but there doesn't look like there's enough bend in the drag to clear the tie rod. The IRO goes out forward then cuts back in, that's why the double bend in it. My BDS track ties into the original stabilizer mount, a new bracket is welded on above it for the stabilizer.
This looks like a couple of good ideas for improvement, but they weren't thought out ahead of time to incorporate them together by the PO

this is my IRO otk kit and BDS track bar setup.... Note, the drag bar isn't at it's final adjustment, it should angle up 5* which pulls it up in line perfectly with the track bar. Also, the stabilizer has been relocated to the drag bar instead of the tierod

this shows it better, just grabbed 'em off my phone...shows the repositioning of the tb/stabilizer and proper adjustment of the db
it's not 100% in alignment but it ain't far off either.

another thought while i'm at it....
is there only one bend in the tierod?? curious if it shouldn't be on the drivers side, me thinx it's meant to help clear the diff cover...that might give you the room too to take it otk and run the dl bottom side??

your track bar is on as per BDS destructions, but IMO it's the wrong part for the task...that angle is just fawked up

Just me, but that steering stabilizer bracket seems...unsubstantial for mounting the track bar. In that last pic, the washer looks like its over the edge of the bracket, meaning there is less than half an inch of material there

BDS seems to market to the Brodozer/Mall crawler crowd, if you actually wheel it I think a stronger axle end track bar bracket would be a good idea.

it's no less substantial than the oem connection, washer meets edge of bracket....but i see where you're coming from. ya i'll prob rebuild that out of 3/8" with a little more drivers side meat aded to it...tho imo 99% of any force put on that bar is passenger side directed (weight of vehicle)

and ya, she gets wheeled

I don't know if it is the IRO kit (looks similar) but if there is a drop pitman arm on there it seems like it would be easier to find and replace that with a stock one rather than finding a matching track bar bracket.

If you brought the drag link up at the pitman arm end it looks like that would get your angles right.

Sorry guys just saw new replies on this.

So y'all are saying the bend in the tie rod is prolly for diff clearance? Makes more sense than on the pass side. And that's how my old custom bar was.

Then while I'm at it I could add the washers and see if running the drag link OTK is plausible? Looks like it'd help the angles.
