Default 0331 to 7120 head swap exhaust??

I plan on putting on a 7120 head on my rebuilt motor but I don't know what to do about the exhaust manifold not lining up with the ports on the head. I have 4 02 sensors and 3 converters so I can't put on a later exhaust manifold. I heard a header for a 0331 will work in the 7120. Any one vouch for this?

The exhaust ports are bigger on the 7 series head and the other style manifold will only fit with an adapter. However, with some fab skills one could easilly install the 7 series exhaust manifold in your jeep though for legal reasons I have to tell you it wouldn't be street legal since you would he removing your upper cats. But I have seen early manifolds modded to use those cats however. Im doing the same swap soon and am making an adapter.

I think I know what adapter you mean but wouldnt that kill power from how much it's covering it up

Also I head rugged ridge headers have ports that will fit but I'd like to know for sure before I spend $200+ on the Internet

It won't have any less flow/power than the 0331 head.
