I've searched so I figured I'd post to help future people and get inputs.

I wanted a new **** on my shifter. (5 speed). You have to pry the center
piece out that has the gear display on it. Then there is a 15mm nut that holds the **** on there. The threads are 10x1.5.

I kinda just wanted a black Hurst ball with the 5 speed display on it like this:

but Hurst doesn't make a ball with the right thread. I guess my options are to just buy this one since it's smaller (3/8 x 16) and drill/tap it or but this one. Which has universal adapters.

I've searched google and other sites but haven't found too much I like. Anyone have anything custom on their Jeep?

no custom **** here...just the stock push-button auto shifter

I have seen a few guys on my military vehicle forum who drilled/tapped a demilled hand grenade....it looks pretty cool. Im keeping my 6x6 stock though

Hurst makes a black ball that will fit, But it has the Hurst logo on it not 5spd pattern
