Hello from Australia

Hey all, this is just a hello from the land down under. I have a 94 xj limited 4 dr 4.0ltr petrol, and have had her for 5yrs named "Ela".

Done a few repairs here and there but for a 16 yo, she isn't full of attitude and does what I want unlike the other 16 yo you see..

Hi GoldXJWA

I take it you're in Western Australia?

I'm in Gosnells, SE suburbs of Perth and have a 1995 Classic Limited.

Welcome

G'day Bruce!

I wish I could remember his site offhand, but there's a guy on NAXJA (goes by the name Marcus - can't recall his online moniker) down your way who has an excellent tech/mod site. Some creative Googling should turn him up...

Ah - here he is! I thought I had his site bookmarked somewhere...

(If you ever get the chance, I'd really appreciate some general and detailed high-res pictures of the engine bay and front suspension on a right-hand drive version, just for comparison and research...)

"Allow me to make the introductions - Michael Baldwin, Bruce; Michael Baldwin, Bruce; Michael Baldwin, Bruce!"
"Is your name not Bruce?"
"No, it's Michael."
"That's going to cause a bit of confusion. Mind if we call you 'Bruce' just to keep it clear?"

(I figure an excerpt of Monty Python is going to be rather more acceptable than Kevin Bloody Wilson or Rodney Rude...)

Hi from Perth also. I live here in Warwick, north of Perth. I am a member of P.H.A.T. 4x4 (People Having Awsome Times). We go wheeling almost every weekend and have camping trips and family BBQs regularly. Our regular sites are - north of Two Rocks, Julimar state Forrest, pines powerline track, hills powerline track and also once or twice a year we organise a trip further away. There are only 2 XJs in the club, a black stock sport with 30" tyres and mine. The rest of the club is made up of mostly Pootrols, a few Toyotas, an F150 long bed and a wrongler.

Anyone interested in coming out for a bit of fun and a few drinks please leave a message. We are a family and singles friendly club.
