Strange goings on

Hi it's been a while since I have been on, good to say my problems seem to be getting less, however I fitted a new battery and every thing seemed to be ok until one day it was flat so I put it down to not giving my GC enough of a decent run. I charged it up and all was ok we were going on a 3 week cruise and had to drop our dog off to the sister in laws about 190 miles away and I thought no more of it. I left the car at her house and they ran us to the airport. So I never thought anymore of it expecting it to start as normal, but no I had to call out the breakdown who jumpstarted it using a emergency battery. But my problem is now it has affected my alarm and I think the interior sensor is not working, as when I leave the dog in the car I click the lock button on the fob 4 times to disable the sensor and it used to omitt a bleep which it now doesn't happen. So can any of you smart people tell me how to reset the sensors/alarm
