Affordable replacement glass in Vancouver area?

I need to find a front vent window for a mid-90s Cherokee (not Grand) thanks to a break-in "artist."

Money's an issue right now and I can't shell out the crazy deductible and not really the $230 or so that auto glass places want to fix it.

I've had a very costly month.

Any suggestions?

Did you say $230 for the front vent? The little triangle window on the door?

Mmmm I have 4 (2 driver, 2 passenger) but they are at my house in Comox (I work/live in Van) Im going there in 2 weeks but won't be back until the 10 Oct. If you are willing to wait, Ill give you one.

Yeah that triangle. Crazy huh?

That's a very kind offer. If I don't find an affordable solution before then, I will gratefully take you up on it. And I will let you know if I do get it replaced somehow before then.

Thanks.

I just cut myself cleaning up the glass, so this post was a very nice piece of good news to make up for it.

best to send me PM if you want that window. This way it won't get lost with the many threads I follow.
