Ah, hell. That intake has been off before.
Did you break it? Is it broke clean thru?
I mean, technically if you can get it to stay together long enough to put it on that just locates the thing... bolt it back up.

I didn't break it (as far as I know). The crack is in the front and runs down parrallel with the intake. It's not quite clear to the back. I am wondering if it will be able to snug up since the bolt will pull the crack together and press it against the gasket. The other pain in the *** is that its the #6 bolt as well.

It's definitely been off before. Old header that they tried to repair:

JB weld it or leave it? I am thinking if it is JB welded that the crack may fill up and when I tighten it the filled crack may cause pressure to the outside causing it to crack completely.

You don't TIG weld cast iron anyway. It has to be brazed. And frankly if you're going to get into off roading and working on Jeeps you should learn to weld anyway. You're going to have to have something welded at some point anyway and it's a lot cheaper and easier to do it yourself than it is to have someone else do it. It's not all that hard either, just takes a lot of practice.
It's already off, take it to someone can and spend the few bucks having it repaired or replace it. Having it repaired shouldn't cost much and headers aren't all that expensive.

if you can find a welding shop to tig it for cheap, then do that.
if you can't, then JB weld will work just fine
its just an alignment dowel hole, the bolt isn't going to put any real pressure on it
