I measure suspension lift from middle of tire to the fenders.
Once you add tires some people tank into account the tires as lift which I understand.
I measure from the ground to bumper or fender which ever you prefer you just have to measure in the same spot on the Stock to see how high you are.

Also, jeeps are different, so even with precise measurement, you may not get an exact number. After measuring, you could post some pics of the whole Jeep and we could weigh in on how much we think it has
