IMO that could command a pretty penny for the condition alone, especially if you went a bit farther north with it. Up here (in NH) we drool over rust-free vehicles.

I'd say ask $3,500 and hope you find that person that has to have it. With that said, I think it would be a tough sell at that price just because its 2wd. Makes it less practical. You would probably have more into it to 4wd swap it than you would increase its value.

Do you know why it has so few miles? It would make me wry as a buyer that it has averaged less than 2k miles a year.

got it from the original owner.. theres tons of reasons i guess it could have low miles. there is always a reason.. could have been a third car, could just not have had to go real far in it..(totally possible where he lives).

hell a friend bought a 70 dodge coronet that only had 25,000 miles on it.. no idea why they didn't drive it they just didn't.. that lil 318 fired right up and drove liek a dream.. some people just don' drive much..

my grandmother had a little escort. next to no miles on it at the time she passed away.. she drove it regularly when she was healthy only it just wasn't that far... we sold it to a friend and they drove the **** out of it..

could be any reason why it wasn't driven. not sure what there is to be leary of.. if ya see it in person you can tell its low miles.. the way it runs and drives you can tell its low miles.. i haven't found anything that doesn't work on it yet either.. a/c even blows cold still..

Found some pics of a '74 Dart identical to mine except mine was red, stock wheels and had the stripes from the front fender to over the roof but don't remember the 'Dodge' badge.
Didn't own a camera back then, was well before cell phones and digital cameras.

Jeez I didn't know they made them in yellow, that thing looks brand new and I've never seen one with such low mileage like that. I'd definitely try and sell it for a good price, depending on your area and such.

If I had to pick a number, and this is based off of what I've seen nationally as well as locally here in central FL...I'd say you could put it up on a site like Bring a Trailer for double the current "market" value (or your standard craigslist/autotrader/ebay.

NADA has a 2001 Sport model with Towing and Alloys (with your mileage) at a clean retail of $6050. I've seen similar Jeeps like yours listed for 7K some even more that had loads of documentation for any work done.

Why not start at 3750 like the previous seller? (going by the numbers in the windscreen) or have you put some work into it since then?

x2 haha. I was scanning online in my area this weekend. 2wd just don't command good money. There's a 99 with 72k miles with a asking price of 3500. It's been listed for over 30 days. I called and asked if anything was wrong witg it since it had been listed awhile. Owners response? "Y eah there is 1 issue. It's not 4wd. It runs great but everyone that comes to see it or is interested low ***** me because of that. I want no less then 3200. I know I'll get it eventually." I honestly don't think he'll see that unless someone just really wants it. Even clean 4wd in my area only go for about 4200 to 5000. I'm just waiting for that price boom that seems to have hit other places based on what ove seen on here.
