i have 100 acres. i go out there periodically to go fishing or to drag out a deer but for the most part i dont want to mud it up to bad. it's pretty wet back there and would be pretty easy to destroy if i went back there a lot.

Not my land but all the fun I could ever have is only a 2 minute drive away. Im talking dunes, trails, mountains, mud, creeks.

I've got 89 acres but have put in too much time and work into fixing the roads to "play" there. Working the place as a tree farm, starting to run some cows and build a house.

Well the dear in Florida are no bigger then dogs. We bought the land to stop from getting neighbors behind us. We only use it for off road use and hog hunting.
