Where to buy upgrades
Hey everyone I'm lookin to find sum heavy duty steering arm n tie rod I want just the bars tho so I can add the heim joint instead of the ball joint type ends does anyone now we're I can buy just the bars or how hard it wuld maybe be to make them thanks

I just upgraded my steering with V8 GC parts from AutoZone they beat the stock XJ parts by a long shot. This is everything you will need for this upgrade the first price was in 2009 the second last week. This has been used for some time with lifts, larger tires, off roading.
All part # are current.
1. TR End Short-ES3096L 21.99 29.99
2. Long TR-DS1312 34.99 34.99
3. Sleeve-ES2079S 15.99 21.99
The long tie rod not what you think replaces the stock rolled piece of sheet metal with a solid steel one twice the size as the reg. tie rod. For under a hundred dollars a cheap needed upgrade and I only have lower gears, lockers, 33x12:50x15"s.
As usual all posted here but I needed hand holding to the link myself, lots of great help here.
